The Helia is a start-up company founded in 2017.
The CEO, Joshua Vasilda, noticed the opportunity to use parasols and other flat surfaces in exchange for solar energy. So far, generally speaking, only rooftops are used. Therefore the idea for The Helia was born: a system using solar energy to charge your mobile phones, laptops, tablets, WiFi networks, light circuits and other electrical outputs. Their goal is to make renewable energy the norm and not the exception.
